Service requested was shampoo, deep condition, highlights, toner and style. Highlights, shampoo and condition were average. Style was awful- stylist did not have a single. styling. tool and admitted she did not know how to do a few loose spirals (common style ask). So I’m not sure why Ithey offered and took money for style service when all she had was a blow dryer and brush.

Excellent haircut by Dawn. After the blow-dry, I realized that it was longer than I had expected (my miscommunication). I scheduled another cut the following week, and the salon did not charge me. I’m very happy with the quality of the cuts, as well as the wonderful customer service!

I visited Stephanie’s village for a hair cut and color. She was rude and knows nothing of customer service. The cut and color were average at best but the service is some of the worst I have seen. Save yourself the stress and choose another salon. I was treated poorly and should have walked out upon my first interaction with the owner.
