Positive: Cleanliness, Punctuality, QualityI’ve been going to them for the past two years and I always leave satisfied. Without them I don’t think I would be able to get my hair done by a beautician anymore. I’ve been going to them for the past two years and I always leave satisfied. Without them I don’t think I would be able to get my hair done by a beautician anymore. Since I haven’t found another salon around that gets my hair right or is willing to put in the work it’s safe to say they’re the best. I love this beauty salon. The stylists are professional and kind. The environment is relaxing and cozy. Prices are not bad and quality of work is excellent. I called first to get the price estimate charged for a perm. Told around $35-55. Ok, i am broke but could scrape this. I was happy that i finally found somewhere that wouldnt charge $$$$$$. This was my first trip to a Dominican hair salon. It is small and cozy, a close knit set of ladies that seemingly all speak Spanish. My hairdresser spoke English.

The stylists are kind and professional. They follow cdc and masking guidelines. They take appointments and walk ins but appointments work best to secure a spot. They are very fast 60-90 minutes and results are consistent.

If i could give no stars I WOULD. called and asked how much would a blowout be they told me 35 and up (keep this price in your head) i have thick hair curly hair, the lady who washed my hair was wonderful but the lady who actually did it wasn’t ! she was very rough with my hair, careless and just wanted it done. after i was done she told me it was 75 DOLLARS! i explained 2 here that i talked to someone who told me other wise and she told me i have “TOOOOO MUCH HAIR TOO MUCH” whatever , i end up paying 65 dollars still way more than imagined won’t be back.

The service was horrible. I brought my own products because i am natural and only certain products work in my hair. The girl who washed my hair was very rough. When trying to detangle they pulled out my hair. I can literally see it falling. I had to asl the woman blow drying my hair multiple times to use the heat protectant. This is not a hair care salon.. they just want your money. When i called And asked got a refund Stephanie the owner caught an attitude. She even called back to argue with me some more. I would never go back or recommend to anyone.. keep in mind I’ve been here 3 times already and every time I’ve been disappointed. DO NOT GO HERE.
