I don’t recommend coming here at all. Before we started the appointment, I showed multiple pictures of the hair I wanted. It took 30 minutes for the lady to get started in the first place, and when she did start, she kept stopping for 5 minutes at a time to sit and text on her phone. Then, she took a 30 minute break 1 hour and 30 minutes in. She rushed me at the end, which caused the braids at the top to look very bulky and nothing like the picture. The braids were not only bulky, but all different sizes, too short, and not as curly as the picture I showed her. The picture I showed her had small braids and she gave me medium braids and after I told her to go smaller, she stopped listening as time went on. I also asked how much the braids were going to be a couple days before my appointment and they said $180 and the day of upped it to $220. Absolutely unacceptable. I had my two braids and 2 small ones done by camille and she did an amazing job, moved fast and was a great experience for a good price and she did a great job. Stephanie did my fade and it was good my only complaint was it took a while. I understand she was busy with other people and she got me in under late notice and was busy with the phones so i understand all of that, but all round it was a wonderful experience and i will be going back there again!! Very respectful people
