I had an appointment at 2:30 and they didn’t start doing my hair until 3:30. They left the bleach on my hair for around an 1 hour and a half. An hour into processing the stylist left to go to the beauty supply store to buy my hair color. After I complained that the bleach was irritating my ears all she did is place a dry cotton pad by my hair and added more bleach.
