I use a combination of my modalities to facilitate my clients needs, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, myofascial release with a Tui Na and Moni Lomi style. I also work with Acupressure, Gua Sha, Cupping and Kinesiology taping to complement my practice. Massage increases blood flow, Chi, relaxation and range of motion. It decreases pain, tension, stress and discomfort. I create a safe space for my clients to heal and repair with emotional support. My massage therapy practice is for everyday people and pets, young, wise, and in between.
