Love this Salon! Its a converted house right in downtown Snohomish, but don’t let the outside appearance fool you. These ladies know how to do hair- modern or old school, they are skilled professionals with friendly demeanor. Been going for over 2 decades and they always do a fabulous job. I personally recommend Dawn or Lindsey- but all the other ladies are great too. Massages also available!

Love Carrie and Danielle, but the new phone system is not user friendly. Would be easier to have someone answer because the extension system is not listing everyone. Despite that, I have always had a very satisfactory experience here. Highly recommended!

I’ve never been more disappointed in a stylist before. I went in and saw Linsday for just a toner, no color at all. Once she was finished, my natural hair color on my roots turned completely bright orange. (I have a balayage with blonde on my ends and my natural hair color on top) I completely understand we’re only human and people make mistakes but it was the way she handled me after she ruined my hair that took me 10 months to grow out. She had me come back in and put a temporary darker toner on my roots, which did darken it but still left an orangey base and my natural hair color was a cool tone, very ashy. But I was wondering what would happen once that temporary toner would wash out? I would get that bright orange color again. I politely asked her if she could put a permanent darker color on my roots so it wouldn’t wash out every time I washed my hair. She basically told me that she couldn’t give me what I wanted and told me to find someone else that would. Basically forcing me to go spend $150 to fix a problem she caused!! I’ve never been more upset. Extremely unprofessional. Also she didn’t even plan on refunding me until days after the fact and one her coworkers told her to. Unbelievable.
