I got a dip manicure, with a red color. She did not clean my nails after applying the dip. I noticed my nails were stained, she tried to clean them up then let me walk out with my nails like this. I went back in to try to get them cleaned again and was told it was my color choice. I’ve never seen anyone with a dark dip color end up with nails this bad. I won’t go back.

The cleanest nail salon in Narragansett! As a germaphobe, this is something that is super important to me. Friendly owners and staff. Attention to detail by nail techs. They have a variety of color options, pedicure types, and polish brands/types. If you are getting a pedicure, add on an extra massage and callus removal treatment – even if you think you don’t need it, it will leave your feet silky smooth! If you are looking to get a manicure/pedicure during a busy time of year, definitely call ahead and make an appointment.

This is the only nail salon I currently use near me. I’ve always been really happy with the service and with the result. Today however I’m very disappointed. I went in for a pedicure and less than 22 minutes later I was done. I work on my feet all day in a hospital and all I was looking for is a nice relaxing soak and the 10 minute massage of my legs and feet. What I got was a rush job, very little cleaning of my toenails, and the timer for my 10 minute massage went off during the time she was polishing my toenails after the massage. Prices go up, they don’t let you soak your feet anymore, no more 10 minute leg massage and now you’re rushed out of there in 20 minutes. I might add I was one of the first people in there this morning there was nobody waiting.

First time trying the powder style. Loved it so much! When the two colours come mixed together, it looks just fabulous! The photo says all! Once again, felt super excited when it’s done! The lady who named Rainy had a really good customer service, she’s super nice and welcoming. I recommend this place to everyone, you will not going to be disappointed. I spent close to $120 for a mani/pedi in an industrial appearing salon, with unfriendly, inexperienced staff. Let me start by saying I never leave reviews. I am taking the time to rate this salon d/t very poor customer service with over-inflated pricing for the quality of services received. I tried the salon twice (realizing the prices are inflated but being a local was excited to try this salon in hopes of making it my home base.) The first time it was a very rushed pedicure with an inattentive team member, who kept looking around, with a poor foot massage. When I went back a second time, to a different pedicurist, my pedicure was worst than the first. Both times, the callus remover was applied, but no pressure applied when pumicing; in fact, she hardly pumiced at all. I asked her to please work on my calluses for more than just 30 seconds, as I paid for this service, but she ignored me and would not give me eye contact, pumicing for another 30 seconds without any pressure. She gave me the WORST foot/leg massage I ever had, it was like being patted. I have never had such 2 terrible salon experiences, and I left no tip the second time (which I never not tip, in fact, I usually tip TOO much). I really should have complained immediately and directly to a manager, but I am not confrontational by nature so instead, I won’t be back. I will let my neighbors and friends know not to try this salon. Also, the elderly lady sitting next to me screamed ouch twice. Overall I left there feeling very anxious and frustrated. So much for my relaxing day off. from work! The management needs to have a presence here and really re-train their staff in customer service and proper technique. The staff seem unhappy. So do the customers!! Read the latest reviews especially regarding the pregnant woman with a chemical burn. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!
