Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have been in here 4 times hoping to have a better experience. I got my nails done and a week later the designs chipped off. Hannah did not do a good job. And every time I go in she is rushing to move on to the next person. Despite this I still gave her a 12$ tip making it $80!! But I ignore it because I don’t have enough time to go back in. I have now been to hannah 4 times and she still asks my name and that she will love me if I give her a google review. She doesn’t remember the customer that gives her a 20% tip every time ? Then I go in today for her to fill them and she cuts all of them down and tries to up charge me for anything she can. The nails are completely different lengths. There is a weird orange powder on my pinky nail. Also, all of them are bumpy. And she cut me with the Dremel. To end it off they charged me twice?!? Do not go to hannah If you go here. I have been in here 4 times hoping to have a better experience. I got my nails done and a week later the designs chipped off. Hannah did not do a good job.
