Critical: ProfessionalismKatelynn is the worst! My wife went to get her hair done and keep in mind this was her first time coming to this place. She stated that katelynn hardly spoke to her and when she asked for a trim, Katelynn went in and chopped more thank 1inch of hair! Katelynn destroyed my wife’s hair shape and length! Katelynn is the worst! My wife went to get her hair done and keep in mind this was her first time coming to this place. She stated that katelynn hardly spoke to her and when she asked for a trim, Katelynn went in and chopped more thank 1inch of hair! Katelynn destroyed my wife’s hair shape and length! I made a mess of my hair with drug store box color and I was scared I’d have to cut it all off. After a thoughtful consultation, Courtney performed miracles! I left with a darker and natural version of my own ash brown color and after two weeks it looks incredible. It is in great condition and has not turned brassy at all. I went to this salon because I had been doing my hair on my own since quarantine started. I made a mess of my hair with drug store box color and I was scared I’d have to cut it all off.
