I haven’t had a haircut in months because I almost always have a bad experience. I booked a haircut with Michelle S for this past Saturday because my ends were terrible. I was very nervous. This was the BEST haircut I’ve had in years. She asked me what I wanted, cut my dead ends off while maintaining my length and made sure to blend my layers in. She framed my face and trimmed my bangs without leaving a choppy look. Michelle was extremely communicative during the whole process. My hair was SO soft after the cut and blowout. I don’t think it’s ever been this soft or blended!!! I will now be booking with Michelle every time!!!

If there are wedding gods I promise you that they exist! After months of trying to book Meredith online for a pedicure and Aprés manicure for my wedding day, I was added to a cancellation list and reluctantly booked an appointment with another nail artist. The day before my scheduled appointment I got a phone call learning that there was a last-minute cancellation and Meredith would be able to do my services after all! When I say I cried, I’m telling you your girl cried because I knew that Meredith would be able to make my nails look exactly how I imagined for my wedding day. I’m typically a girl who only gets light pinks and nudes but I wanted to change things up and went with a design that I have literally been so obsessed with (and was also symbolic of both my dress and the wedding itself!)

Although my stylist was competent, I was very disappointed that they charged me 50% of the service cost for a service that I had to cancel due to a business emergency that popped up. I have been a customer for over a year (every 4 weeks) but I will now be looking for a new salon that is more interested in professional clientele who need flexibility with business hours and might need to occasionally reschedule. The salon is obviously not interested in retaining my business.

I always have an amazing experience at Stella & Shay. The staff is so friendly and easy to work with and scheduling appointments online or in person is super fast and easy. The nail guru’s can do any design you bring and make it look amazing! The salon is always spotless and just a great environment to be in. I love going here for nail services. I’ve gotten more gel manicures than I can count and some pedicures and I’ve always left incredibly happy with my nails.

Let me start by saying I have spent WAY too much money here in the past year alone. I can’t stop! I absolutely adore all of the nail techs (seen just about everyone at this point) and they have given me confidence and nail lengths I never thought possible (recovering chronic nail biting addict here)! Special shout out to Caitie who just did my hair the last two times. When I came in for a toner and discussed my ideal hair color with her she didn’t hesitate and showed me some pictures and said it would be possible. I was BLOWN AWAY by the results and now I have my dream hair color all because she listed to what I wanted and was passionate about the results! I didn’t even recognize the back of my own head when she showed me in the mirror and in pictures! Also huge shout out to Marina for giving me a great brow lamination and getting me addicted to eyelash extensions!

Incredible experience at this beautiful salon! My bridal shower was being held on a Sunday which is when most salons are closed. I called Stella & Shay to see if someone would be willing to do a blowout and make-up first thing in the morning and two ladies agreed to come in. The girls went above and beyond to make sure I looked perfect for my big day. This is what I consider good business and excellent customer service. Makeup and hair looked beautiful, I received so many compliments. Highly recommend!
