I bought their promotion deal, seem like an awesome deal until I start trying to book an appointment. The promotion expires on October 1st and I have yet to receive my service that have been paid for. I graduate college May 8th and tried to schedule an appointment for that day for a manicure and pedicure and had zero luck. Now we are in September and I’ve tried to schedule an appointment for a manicure and pedicure as a birthday treat to my self and still no luck. I have been told I’m on a waiting list, they will call me back, and so on so on. While on the phone to a lady by the name of Michelle explaining my frustration, she begins laughing saying she don’t understand… what do you no understand about scheduling a manicure and pedicure??? It’s now been 5 months on this so called waiting list. Do you really think I’m doing to sit on a waiting list or continue to come to this salon after my services were receive when I’ve waited this long. I am mind blown at the lack of professionalism and lack of motivation to get clients in the door. My self and my coworker bought this package and what do you know she has not received any of her service either. I have decide to through the $45 I spent in the trash can and continue to go else where. Never again will I purchase a service like this with out receiving the services first. When googling them their sign says walk in welcome but yet I have to be on a waiting list for this promotion? Bad business.
