We had a 12pm appointment that took 2 hours to get 2 full sets dipped. The ladies inside were bouncing around to different people while working on my nails. There is a reason I made the appointment. My friends nails are all different sizes and mine have hair in most of them. As well as glued to my finger. Worst service ever from this place.

Me and my daughter love coming to Stella nails. Everyone here is super friendly. They always do a great job. I have never had a bad experience! My nails last and they have tons of dip colors. It has been a while since I have been to Stella, I went in 3 times. Each time I was passed between two people. They didn’t really speak to me and I felt uncomfortable the entire time. Getting my nails done is part of my self-care, I want to go in and enjoy the experience, not sit there and wish it would hurry up. I also had problems with my acrylics and with my polish. I have not been back. If you want somewhere that cares about new clients and giving them a reason to come back, this is not the place.
