Critical: QualityWhen my daughter and I arrived I specifically stated and showed pics of what we wanted. I said she was getting a full set w/ regular paint and I wanted a basic manicure and a full set w/ dip. Henry kept trying to sell gel, which I said specifically several times that I didn’t want. He was almost pushy about it: They ended up doing the gel anyway after switching it with the color of regular polish my 16 year old picked and charged us for the gel. I did regular paint on my toes which smudged the minute I left. It wasn’t even close to the color on the picture I had shown the lady either. I didn’t even end up doing my nails, because Henry literally made 3 of my fingers bleed and chopped the nails down to nothing while removing my last full set. I’ve had these same services elsewhere and have never had the paint chip and look so sloppy, never been taken advantage of with pricing and have never had my nails bleed. He kept trying to get me to still pay for a manicure even after he apologized a dozen of times for how badly he messed up my nails. The staff was also very understaffed and worked so slowly. It was an awful experience and I will never return. The first picture is what I wanted? When my daughter and I arrived I specifically stated and showed pics of what we wanted. I said she was getting a full set w/ regular paint and I wanted a basic manicure and a full set w/ dip. Henry kept trying to sell gel, which I said specifically several times that I didn’t want.
