Love going to this nail salon. It’s such a shame that the owner of Tempo Cantina is slowly pushing out all the small vendors from this shopping center. I say if you want to go all big go buy an empty lot somewhere and make it big there why kick out the small businesses trying to make it themselves. I’ve been coming here for YEARS. Their prices are reasonable and consistent. Tammy truly values her customers. I forgot the other lady’s name, but they’re always great! They stayed late for be tonight. I have natural fingernails, but she they exactly what I like. If one of my nails is chipping, they will take care of it at no extra cost. And I don’t feel like they’re talking about me. I’ve always received good quality service.

If I could give it zero stars I would! Tammy’s idea of “beautiful” acrylic nails is horrendous. None of my nails matched in length and were all crooked. While painting my nails she ignored my wincing of pain after cutting me several times with the nail sander. Not to mention their ridiculous idea of customer service! When I politely asked Tammy to fix my nails, she told me that it was my nails that were crooked and that I didnt know what I was talking about. She denied me in my request to fix them and continued to use a condescending attitude towards me and tried justifying her deplorable work by saying no one’s face or body is the same and that acrylic nails are supposed to be crooked. Take your hard earned money else where…

This was my first time trying this place and I like it. The person that did my nails was nice and understanding, she did a good job on my sister and I. The only thing I really didn’t like was that there was no estimate on the cost for specific details. The lady said that the length of the nail affected the price.

I had the worst experience with them on Saturday 08/20/16. After my pedicure was done I was waiting for someone to become available for a manicure and while I was sitting on the massaging chair my right leg starts irritating. Turns out I was sitting on NAIR while I was getting my pedicure. My leg was red and irritated. My sister said it looked like a rash. I complained to the staff but they act like they didn’t understand what I was talking about. They said it must’ve been the plastic on the chair that I was allergic to. I told them they need to wipe off their chairs before they have a new client sitting on them. My leg was sticky and smelled like nair. It was disgusting. That’s the last time I go there. Make sure you check your seat before you sit down. Wish I would’ve taken a picture so I could’ve posted it.

If i could give a zero star I would, i went to do my nails there on Thursday and by monday a nail had already fallen off so I went back to fix it then on wed another nail broke off i was like ok went back again they fixed it. they were already looking at me like i should pay which I wasn’t then i left and by sat 2 nails had fallen of so easily didn’t even hurt came right of went back and she expected me to pay and i explained to her i dont think so nails should last at least 2 weeks these nails started falling right of i told tammy the owner I’ll take my business somewere else.. just be careful
