I had a pedicure and fill. My experience in the past has always been good. Today the nail tech did not communicate well. I stopped her from cutting down the side of my nail. No cuticle remover was used and my toes are rough to the touch not smooth. The polish was not applied well on toes or nails. 2 nail had lifted and my nails were pried off with a tip and when I pulled back she soaked one. They just needed to be filled. $$. I payed too mush for a poor job. They look like they are growing out but my poor toes. I will find someone who can speak and ask questions for my next venture.

The first time I came here it was good. The second time was aweful. They never have what they advertise; They get their products out of a package?? They didn’t say hi, did not massage very long at all, and as you can see their work is not the $30 + tip worth! My friend had just had a pedicure and just wanted a soak and massage….they charged her $30!! Once we were done they didn’t even ask us if we needed the pedi flip flops- we had to ask twice, and the guy who did my pedi didn’t even use dividers on my toes….I will never be back. This place has a nice street appearance, but are completely mediocre on EVERYTHING else after that! I recommend Lux in Rogers, AR!!

Most nail salons I have been to soak your previous dip powder off. This was not the case, they used an acrylic nail to pop off my previous color, which didn’t feel the best. Finally I asked them to soak it off. Most of my nails broke after that. One was broke to clear to the quick. I asked her to just cut the nail even with the skin several times and she never did. Instead she super glued the nail down and put the dip over it which caused a huge bubble. I do not recommend this place.

Critical: Quality, ValueI asked for long acrylic nails and when she was done filling they came out thick and curved absolutely DO NOT!! come here when I asked her to cut them down nicely she ignored me and kept filling them. I got acrylics done with Lastar, and told her to do whatever design she wanted, and I LOVE THEEEEEM! Everyone there is super sweet and caring, and it’s just a chill good vibes place where you can be yourself without judgement.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDo waste your money!!! My mother & I went here only two days ago just wanting some mother/daughter time. I got a manicure with acrylic nails with shellac on them and now two of them have broken off and three of them have chipped. I currently do not work and am doing online classes. At the moment, I do not have an active lifestyle. There’s absolutely no reason this should’ve happened. My mother got a shellac manicure and four of them have chipped already. DO NOT GO HERE!! Igot my nails done here on 9/25 and I already have 4 that are broken with 2 about to come off completely. I didn’t get tips, just over my own nails. Which because the acrylic is broken so are my natural nails. I will never go to this place again! I didn’t even get what I wanted. I wanted 2 colors for fall. The guy had a very hard time understanding me. When he finally got it he brought over 2 colors of nail polish. I didn’t want polish. I explained again I wanted 2 colors of acrylic. Finally he said he couldn’t do that because it’s dip. I said other places do it with a brush. He said no. So I asked for orange acrylic. He grabbed brown. I said no I want orange. He grabbed purple. I had to point to a sample nail to show him the color. I paid $35 for something I really didn’t want and they are all breaking already. Never ever again!

Service was good. Got the deluxe pedi which seemed a little short including the light massage. My manicure was ok, not a lot of of soaking time. One this I noticed is thr place did not clean under the nails with the sharp little tool on either mani or pedi. I walked out with a good not great mani/pedi.
