Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in to get one acrylic nail fixed (it was solid white), when I went in I asked for an acrylic nail fix. First, she sat me down and soaked my acrylic nail off without saying anything to me or asking me if that was okay. I proceeded to sit there for thirty minutes until she came over and immediately put the tip on and started putting dip powder onto my nail. After that, she rushed away and didn’t clean it up. When she came back I asked if it was dip, she said yes, and I told her the other nine nails on my hands were acrylic and asked if she could do this same finger acrylic white. Instead of taking the dip off as I assumed she would, she just painted white over the dip without cleaning up the already messy dip. When she finished painting I tried to explain that I need an acrylic nail not a dip nail with white painted over it, so I asked if she could redo it and she told me no because she had to go work on a different customer. I explained to her that I wasn’t going to pay for what I did not ask for and left. I went in to get one acrylic nail fixed (it was solid white), when I went in I asked for an acrylic nail fix. First, she sat me down and soaked my acrylic nail off without saying anything to me or asking me if that was okay. I work at a local senior living facility and we set up an appointment for one of our residents who happens to have a disability but otherwise VERY independent, quite funny and pleasant. We provided transportation and picked the resident up when the appointment was done. At the time of the pick up, one of the salon staff told the driver (in the presence of the resident as if she wasn’t there) that they did not have time for someone like her and that she would have to have an assistant with her next time. They refused to help her put her shoes back on or assist her back into the wheelchair! Then the credit card machine DID NOT ALLOW the resident to pay without leaving a tip!?!?!?! (This was reported to me by the resident and two members of our staff). To say that I’m appalled is an understatement. We don’t treat our pets like that nor should we treat people in that manner. This is a service industry…… so serve every customer fairly or don’t serve at all. They need to apologize and issue a FULL refund including the tip.

I think don’t want black people to really come in there!!! I went there to get an fill in this passes weekend Saturday early afternoon noon they said to come back,I got a vibe when i went in there men that is closer to the door mad an face like I wasn’t supposed to be in there. So I left didn’t return until the next day (sun) I went in at 3, they close at 5 they told me they couldn’t do my nails!!

It’s okay. I went and got a fill-in and the lady was a bit harsh when shaping my nails. I kept wincing as she was hitting live skin and nerves. While the nails and shape turned out great, and the colors as well, the fill in last like maybe a week? Before multiple came loose and popped off. I’ve had my fill ins for a little over a week and 6 are off already. This is something that maybe shouldn’t really happen until past 2 weeks with acrylics. On top of that, the way were using dip power wasn’t the most sanitary. Some places now use a brush and apply the dip to it, and then apply it to your nail. Instead here, they physically dip your nail in the powder. This would be fine if they required each and every customer to wash their nails beforehand, but this wasn’t t asked of me. I already had sanitized my hands beforehand but imagine not everyone does. Not exactly hygenic if you ask me. It’s a more budget-friendly option but you get what you pay for both in quality and service.

My daughter brought me here for Mother’s Day and I went again yesterday for a pedicure. This isn’t a deluxe spa, but it’s very nice and offers many services. Very little English is spoken, but the employees are friendly and professional. Pedicures are $35 for regular and $40 for deluxe. I’ve done both and recommend the deluxe. You get quite a bit more massaging, a hot stone treatment and various creams and scrubs. They did a great job.

Then, she did such a messy job at the SNS that all my nails looked like they had 2 shades.. and the worst thing was all the nicks and cuts! No amount of wincing or asking her not to get too close to the skin made a difference. By the end of it, my nails looked stubby, messy and my cuticles were a mess! Another lady had to come and “fix” the work of the first lady … made the nails slightly more presentable but not much. And all of this took 1 hr and 38 minutes!!Every time I wash my hands or use sanitizer, it stings like crazy.
