I will never return here again! I was charged $70 dollars for this. $12 dollars of that were for my eyebrows, which I understand…but when I asked about why I was charged $55 for the nails, she said because of them being long. These are not long nails, especially when I requested short natural nails. (The picture of the pink shiny nails is what I showed her.) I’ve never paid that much for a Gel-Full set. I’ve paid that for Ombré & SNS. That was a complete overcharge. The nails themselves look nice, but the charge for them were ridiculous.

Critical: Quality, ValueVery nice girl, but terrible work. I went in to get a gel pedicure and manicure… spent $100.Half way through my pedicure, she changes the bottle and color of my nails.. I ended up with a color I did not request. She could not really explain to me why, I think because she doesn’t know English very well.. so I just said ok.An hour later, she is doing my manicure. Decides she’s not doing gel and skips the light process. I have to stop her and ask what she was doing because I had asked for gel. She had to redo everything. Waste of time.Finally get out and my nails look like this. uneven, nail polish on my hands, dust spots under the polish. I’m not the type of person not to pay… I paid.. but honestly it was the worst work I’ve had and a waste of $100. I’m VERY picky… especially when it comes to my nails and feet. It’s the way I spoil myself.. it’s been a loooonnngggg time since I’ve had NO complaints about one or the other. Either pedi is good and nails are not perfect or the other way around. They were closing at 730p I got there around 615.. no rushing.. at all… They took their time they conversated.. me and my sister had so much fun. Lol. We will be back. I love my nails & feet. Don’t sit in the first chair on the right when you first walk in. The nail technician is horrible. She broke three of my natural nails and put a tip on a fourth nail that did not require a tip at all. All I wanted was my natural nails wrapped. She is rude and rough.

Came in to get a full chrome set and was told the salon “didn’t do that” when I asked for options I was told that the salon didn’t do “cat eye”. The customer service or lack there of was very questionable. But I decided to give the salon another chance and just request a pedicure instead. As I put my foot in the water I informed her my water was cold and she REFUSED to warm it. The representative pulled tools out of a pencil box that had RUST on them. When I questioned if the tools had been sterilized The representative next to me stated “oh yeah the machine is right there” which still didnt answer my question. SO THE TOOLS WERE NOT STERILIZED! As the visit progressed I told the representative I wanted my nails short and rounded she kept my long and boxed. I asked her 4 times to fix it and she seemed as if she was in a rush and refused. She placed PREVIOUSLY USED SPACERS in between my toes and I got up to leave because I had had enough and was told I had to pay for a service I didn’t get. Of course I politely refused and the COPS were called. As I patiently sat and waited for them the manager gave the operator a description of an African American Female just sitting there refusing to pay for services. So was this a RACIST remark? Once the police officers arrived of course they put on a show. I informed them I wasn’t paying for services I didn’t recieved. They agreed and the manager was informed that she needed to complete the service. As I was waiting for my nails to dry the manager started to set out cans of bug spray to set. SO NOW MY LIFE DOESN’T MATTER! This is my first and last time using this place. They charge a surcharge for using your card to pay and are totally rude and use recycled supplies. Don’t waste your money or time on this overly priced place. I just saw the review for the girl with the messed up eyebrow good thing they messed up my feet first and I learned my lesson that way.

I was looking for somewhere nice to get my nails done… was sadly very disappointed and felt like they completely wasted my time. I called beforehand for myself and a friend to get manicures and they said okay and that there was time. Once we got there, they had us sit and said just a few minutes. Almost an hour went by, with us sitting in pedicure chairs waiting. I had somewhere to be after and figured since I called it would still be okay. Nevertheless, another 30 minutes goes by so at this point i’ve been sitting here for an hour and 30 minutes. We both saw multiple workers not working on any nails, but they were also doing multiple peoples nails who came in the door way AFTER i did! They called my friend back and started doing hers, but I still wasn’t called back until an hour and a half had passed. I had to say never mind because i didn’t even have time anymore!! complete waste of my time to keep telling me a few more minutes, I could’ve gone somewhere else and been done.
