Critical: ProfessionalismCame with a semi-large group for a friend’s birthday (we called ahead so the owner was aware). Services were good but the owner charged a different price for everyone who got the same service. I was up charged $10 for ‘callous removal’ that I didn’t ask for. Another person in our group was charged $12 for ‘callous removal’ that she also didn’t ask for. Two others paid the regular pedicure price (all four of us got the same exact pedicure).We would have no problem paying extra for services but it was not discussed at all before it was time to pay. Seems that the owner has done this before based on the reviews. None of us will be returning.Update after owner’s response: Again, at no point during my service was I asked if I would like a callous removal – I emphasized that I was only interested in receiving a standard pedicure.The woman at the register who charged us (who I am assuming was the owner) never spoke spoke with the girls who performed the pedicures before or during the time she ripped us off to confirm that we were asked if we would like the extra services.The right thing to do would’ve been to settle this during the payment, but instead, you’re just trying to save face after you made an extra buck off of us. Came with a semi-large group for a friend’s birthday (we called ahead so the owner was aware). Services were good but the owner charged a different price for everyone who got the same service. I was up charged $10 for ‘callous removal’ that I didn’t ask for. Another person in our group was charged $12 for ‘callous removal’ that she also didn’t ask for. Two others paid the regular pedicure price (all four of us got the same exact pedicure).

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueJust had my daughter’s birthday party there and from start to finish was disappointed. Was told we would have the place to ourselves and she had other people. Wanted to do manicures and pedicures but the price listed jumped from $24 to $36 a piece so decided to do only manicures. She seems to change prices based on nothing. The manicures for 15 girls were done so quick that I could have done a better job at home. Also, I was charged $3 more for each girl to get a design on two fingers (they would only do flowers) which took them 30 seconds to do. Some girls didn’t get to pick their colors for the flower, so their were some bummed girls which made me sad. In the end, I was charged $60 more than what was agreed upon. Just had my daughter’s birthday party there and from start to finish was disappointed. Was told we would have the place to ourselves and she had other people. Critical: Quality, ValueThe place itself is very clean and nice looking. The owner and staff constantly pressure you to upgrade services from the moment you walk in pretending to not here what you said and saying the more expensive item. The pedicure massage you can literally barely feel them touching you. The place itself is very clean and nice looking. The owner and staff constantly pressure you to upgrade services from the moment you walk in pretending to not here what you said and saying the more expensive item. The pedicure massage you can literally barely feel them touching you. For the cost of the upgraded pedicure it was a huge disappointment.
