Stella Nail is my favorite nail salon near by. Nice lay out, very open and modern. Most importantly, clean! I love the spa package options, you can really pamper yourself. Highly recommend making an appointment in advance, they get really busy especially in the summer and on the weekend. Consider getting the dip nail, it lasts up to 3 weeks.

Overall, they were nice but they did get annoyed when I told them that what they did was hurting. The salon looks nice, has luxurious massage chairs and a lot of colors to choose from but I didn’t like the nail service. There was ZERO cuticle work, she didn’t even touch my cuticles or give a nice finishing touch. I got my nails done 3 days ago and one nail chipped already.

I went about a week ago and I get my nails done in the same salon for years, I decided to give them a try and was hoping to like them, the place looks amazing, they have so much potential to make this business a great business. But to my disappointment the experience was bad, the lady almost filed my skin behind my nail off and got super offended when I called her out. It was hurting! Anyways I got a pedicure and it was good. The shellac nails didn’t last a week. At the salon I have been going for years in Kirkland they last for weeks until the nail is fully grown.

I decided one day to pamper myself and I spontaneously pulled in to the parking lot of Diva Nails. They excepted walk-ins which was already in my books “awesome”. I was Leary a little at first because I have natural long nails and didn’t want my nails damaged. I was greeted with warmth and a full list of services. I new I wanted a manicure and shellac nail color. They also offered me a complimentary beverage (some alcoholic 18+) which was nice. My whole first experience with them was great and I will be a repeat customer.foe sure. The price was nice too

Paid $70 for acrylics to be put on and painted tips red and rushed the whole time. I got them on Monday and within 3 days as I work from home mostly, being on the computer. Yes they are a little grown out I’m not saying that is part of the issue but the website states $55 for full set and color. But it was $70 before tip and I tipped $10. I made an appointment at 6pm and sat in the waiting chair until 6:25pm then she started and finished at 6:50pm… when they close at like 7:30pm

Pedicure was pretty good. Was a little tickly when she rubbed lotion on because it was a lite touch, not my preference. This salon was very clean! And they have drinks to offer but I was never offered one. The manicure was the worst I have ever received, the lady would paint the top coat all over my fingers and then have me put my hand under the light and it would burn in the places where it was on my skin. After getting home and looking at them, there was polish all over my skin, globs of top coat that caught on my sweater, all the edges wear really rough and they started to chip 4 days later. They would not responds to my call or messages also sent them photos. So here I am. I would not recommend this salon! Well if your looking for one of the cleanest salon yes but for manicure, I will never go back. It was a waste of my money and no response from a company after such an ordeal, is not acceptable.

I just had the best pedicure ever by Susan. She did a thorough and professional job on my toes 🙂 she was very pleasant and thoughtful.I highly recommend this beautiful upscale nail salon. They make a great mimosa too!

Pretty neat atmosphere. Had a volcano pedicure, and really enjoyed it. My grandmother and sister go every couple of weeks and they love the place, too. My only recommendation is that they pull some of the massage chairs out a little so you can lay the seat back more to relax.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Deceiving pricing. They don’t communicate the extra charges until they’re on the receipt. The customer service is awful. I asked for acrylic nails $38 with shellac +$15. I had no clue they charge for the design AND the shape ($30?!?). Who charges for nail shape?? My nails that were suppose to cost $53, ended up costing $88 AND they ask for a tip. I’ve never seen a more absurdly priced nail salon!! It’s not even in a nice location. Never again. Really disappointed.
