Unfortunately for the price, I expected a little more attention to detail. I got a root touch up with a very basic blow-dry. The stylist left stains around my forehead and temples from the dye. No attempt to prevent or clean afterwards. Yes, she was pleasant, but not whyI paid $83 + tip. I won’t be going back.

Been here twice. First time with Heather, second with Tina. Loved both of my haircuts. Both stylists did a great job. Nice friendly, laid back place. Good price for a cut too. I like having more than one stylist, easier for me to get in at the last minute.

Today was my first time visiting Steel Roots. I felt very comfortable and enjoyed talking to Courtney while she shampooed, cut and dried my hair. She was very personable and easy to talk to. She asked all the appropriate questions and was confident in her craft. I will definitely be back to see her.
