Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis salon was recommended by a friend. I decided to try them out one day. The owner cut my hair so bad that I actually cried. Had gotten it done on my lunch break and was forced to go back to work that way. All the time that the owner was cutting my hair, she was on the phone and walking back and forth, doing other things, even went outside to take a phone call. She kept me in the chair for over an hour. No joke! Didn’t even dry my hair, style it, or anything. The manager told me that she had to close her shop up because of an emergency and needed me to go and that she would fix my hair the next day if I wasn’t satisfied. I felt bad for her and didn’t say a word, just paid for my cut.Anyway, I went in to work with uneven, frizzy hair . No product or anythingwas put in it to manage it for the rest of the day. Ended up going back the next day to speak with the owner and settle my issues. Another girl was there who was a younger blonde. She offered to cut my hair evenly. To do that, she ended up needing to cut my hair much shorter. I wasn’t really happy but it looked alot better. In walks the owner, and she looked surprised to see me back. The blonde told her that she was straightening out my cut and the owner relly got mad. She told me since she wasn’t the one to finish my cut that I would have to pay again. No I wasn’t!!! I tipped the blonde really well, but refused the bill. She probably made the girl give her the tip to put in the cash drawer. Oh, and I found out that her emergency was picking up some dang pet chickens. I can’t make this up, y’all. This woman is a wreck.
