Stay far away from this salon if you value your time, at least from Aubrey Mason. She will cancel your appointment last minute for some excuse or another. She literally overbooked and just canceled my appointment didn’t say sorry nothing (well she tried to blame me first by saying I didn’t confirm my appointment which was a lie) then she went on maternity leave didn’t try to fit me in to her schedule before doing that. Against my better judgement I wait for her to come back from maternity leave and then she canceled AGAIN. I message her when can you reschedule she says nothing. My mom also went to Aubrey. She was running 15 minutes late for an appointment so she called to see if it was still okay if she came in, Aubrey said no and that she needed to pay $100 to be able to stay a client. Right after my mom got off the phone she had a voicemail from Steel Marie’s receptionist asking if my mom could come in 45 mins later because Aubrey was running behind. So Aubrey was running behind and my mom could of still made it but then Aubrey acted like it was my mom’s fault and charged her $100. I now wish I would have followed the advice of others on Facebook when they said Aubrey cancels all the time. Hopefully this review will help others not waste time with someone that doesn’t value your time or money. I have screenshots and proof of these interactions and my mom still has the voicemail from your receptionist.
