I booked an appointment and this was my second time going, I was quoted one price which is usually what I pay. I had originally asked for a wash and style; Hannah K washes and blow dries my hair slap dash half of the pieces were still curly; she then scoffs and proceeds to have an attitude after I asked her to straighten my hair which is what we originally agreed to. I ended up paying more and leaving with my hair looking like a hot mess. Ever since I have not been back. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere , you deserve to be treated kindly and not like you are a bother when paying for a service. If you decide to go here ask for anyone else but Hannah.

This was my first visit to Steel Magnolias salon. The salon atmosphere was relaxing and not loud and hectic, as are many others. Hannah did an excellent job with my cut. I showed her a picture of what I had in mind. She and a colleague discussed my hair and the cut technique before Hannah did anything to my hair. She took her time and asked for feedback about the cut from her colleague as the cut progressed. Hannah likes to be thorough and precise, and I really appreciated the extra time she spent on my hair.
