Amazing! Isabella was so sweet! My facial was the bomb.com. She honored Groupon but she also had specials for this month as well. I was nervous because it was my first time but she made me feel welcome and calm, she also talked me through the facial and massage, letting me know what she was doing and what exactly the product contained. I will continue going back to her! I recommend!!!!

Isabella is amazing and the facial was so relaxing! I love all the products she uses they are high quality and every facial is customized. I haven’t had a facial this good since I frequented Dr/Dermatologist offices for treatment and this was even better! She worked with me to make sure all treatments were hydrating as well!

I had an incredibly stressful day and needed to unwind. I came across Steel City Spa and was skeptical at first but I left feeling like a new person that could take on the world. Isabella is extremely professional and easy to talk to. She has a very calming and charming demeanor as well.
