I had Shay and she was fantastic! Very welcoming and kind and did an amazing job giving me a color correction that a different salon made a big mistake with color and I’m so satisfied to get me the color of my dreams ! All the ladies seem like they as well do such amazing job so you will never be disappointed whoever you get for your hair! Totally recommend this place with all my heart! So blessed I found my ever after hair salon and stylist !

Ok, I’ll say that this business is definitely getting less attention that what it deserves. I’m not a reviewer but I’m really specific with what I like and I have been in multiple salones in the area and I have drive 60 miles plus to some that Im are well known. With that being said, the prices and services of this salons sometimes is questionable along with the fact that it’s takes weeks to makes appointments and the prices are ridiculous, which I understand if the services will match the actual result but that’s hardly never the case. I was today in Google trying to find a place close to my house and open to give a shot to a no so big salon and just risk it, we’ll Im so glad I did. I called and I got an appointment for a haircut the same day in the afternoon and 1 hour earlier I received a text from the hairdresser herself that she was done with her previous client and I was welcome to come in earlier which I did. They welcomed me warmly and I felt like I knew them, so friendly and nice. The owners came to welcome me and didn’t hesitate to offer me a drink since the weather is so hot. The hairstylist which her name is Shays spend a couple minutes asking me all type questions and she was really paying attention to the small details because omg! I have never been so happy with my haircut in a really really long time, it’s even, it’s nice layered, it’s a clean cut. It’s everything I wanted and more. I didn’t hesitate to make another appointment and I’ll be going there next week to get a color correction and I’ll definitely post a picture of the end result.

I originally gave this salon a positive review for following CDC guidelines during Covid. I’m not sure why they call themselves a “spa”. There is nothing special about them. However as I continued to go there an atmosphere of unease started to develop. Matt, the owner’s husband, went around spraying air freshener every time I got a perm! Their prices were already far above prices in other salons but then they raised prices 3 more times in one year! I was delighted when Bailey, my hairdresser, moved to Bella G’s Beauty Lounge in Halifax Plantation. I’ll be going there from now on.

Friendly( over kill) very snobby owner’s,(the better than everyone else syndrome)if you don’t meet their standard’s they don’t want you,i missed a appt once my mother was sick,and in and out of the hospital,one of the owner’s gave me a lecture,”Unreal”They recently fired my Hairdresser who has been there for 2 yr’s with no explaination,the owner took her outside and told her it wasn’t up for discussion,WOW!,this is the women she was so concerned about in the lecture i got,”unbelievable” and wouldn’t even let her go back inside to retrieve her Personal belongings,She also told the other Hairdresser’s not to talk to her (they want to keep her client’s)”Dictator”and i’m sure if they did she would fire them too,you’re walking on thin ice if you work there or are a client (Beware) they will also raise there price’s and you won’t be aware of it untill you pay for ur service,
