They soaked my nails/hands in a bowl of HOT acetone and water for 30 minutes. Then they soaked my nails in cups of straight acetone for another 5 minutes saying I moved my hands too much which is why the old stuff wouldn’t come off. I said Nobody told me. She said people just know. Seriously you can’t make this stuff up. I have always just had nails wrapped. My hands were burning and are now terribly dry. Decent job but no lotion or anything after all that acetone. People hardly talk to you. Not friendly at all and the salon is cluttered and does not appear clean at all. My guess is that it’s popular cause it’s less expensive than others in town. If you are looking for cheap place and don’t care about the experience guess you will be happy. Gotta go gob on the hand lotion to get them recovered from their hot acetone bath. That was horrible. Still wondering why lady next to me didn’t get the acetone bath. I think she was local. I love this place I have been going here FOR YEARS! Unfortunately, some days are hit or miss recently. They have been getting in a lot of new people in and they do a good job. I today I went in there with a design picked out with a black chrome. They have a black chrome on display for you to pick from and they ended up not having it and they tried using every single other chrome color that they had to try and make it look black and it didn’t work so now, unfortunately every single one of my nails has a different color to it they aren’t even black they are blue and it is honestly the furthest thing from what I asked for that they could’ve given me extremely unhappy today if you’re not going to be getting your nails done by Lynn or Bryan, I wouldn’t get your nails done here at all.

My sister Mom and I made a reservation for 430. When we arrived no one greeted us. They did not communicate on any wait time or where we should wait to be seated. Finally somebody pointed at three chairs and when they filled the water the water was lukewarm. No jets no communication. One lady started on my sister and was hurting her but didn’t seem to notice or care. I had enough of no communication and poor service so I got up to leave. At no point did anyone intervene or apologize for the service. Even when I came in to complain they blamed my mom‘s pour nail polish on her instead of the technician.

not too bad! i agree with most of the reviews that this place was unhygienic, but that’s no sweat off my back. i got a full acrylic gel set and they are okay, but some nails are crooked and the acrylic is laid very thick (which is what i was expecting after reading the reviews). i am only in steamboat for the week, and desperately needed my nails done. if you are in the same scenario, i would definitely recommend this salon

I’ve gone in a few times, unlike other nail salons in town they are always running on time, not over booked and use high quality products! My husband got his first ever pedicure & told me he’s addicted! I had some terrible nails from another salon that had to be removed because the pink & white had literally turned cream & tan! They put on a new set & did an awesome job with the nail art! This is the second time they’ve rocked my nails! I highly recommend this salon.
