I went to Steady nails today,with my daughter’s to get our nails done. I didn’t see the man at first when I got their,so the short Korean lady in the back to the right to the right ended up doing my nails for me,when I looked at my nails,when she was done, they looked crazy!! All of them was lumpy an uneven.she gets an attitude, and say that she has other customers and say that she has other customers and if I need my nails redone that I have to pay again. I show her what I’m talking about and she trying to say that my nails was perfectly finewhen I’m looking at the nails clearly lumpy as hell so I go over to other customers and the workers and let them see how my nails was looking all the customers seen and said that they was all the way jacked up and looked it crazy!! I ended up having to wait about 20 minutes for the lady in the frontof the salon to redo my nails and thousand evenly. I was going to SNAP HER PICTURE AN PUT IT UP HERE, BUT SHE KEPT PUTTING THAT DAMN MASK ON! I JUST CAN’T BELIEVE HOW RUDE THIS LADY WAS TOO ME!!

First off No worker is licensed nor speaks English. Complete rip off. They charged my 10yr old daughter $25 for basic pedicure and $40 for me. They also charge additional $5 to take off gel polish. This salon is not maintained, filthy and the workers speak their language Mocking their black American customers. My friend who was with me speaks Spanish and exposed the workers out loud for their racist remarks. No human shouldn’t put a single dollar is this establishment and come Monday morning, I will be calling the city with major concerns. All these great reviews have to be paid if you don’t believe me walk in and experience that disaster for yourself. This was a lesson learned and most certainly NOT returning.

They are rude. The services are not consistent. They are quick to rush you out. I’m trying to tell the lady to stop pressing the buttons so I can add her tip. No signature. Don’t waste your time or money .

Burnt my eyelid with wax when I came up to get my eyebrows arched ! Called and got the run around noone return calls they don’t know who or when the manager coming . very unprofessional . I did take pics considering a small claims lawsuit .

The worst service ever ,and the price gauging at any given time is outrageous the technicians don’t speak English and are very rude and like I said this week it’s one price and next week it’s #15.00 more for the same service I put them on my list of the worst nail salons in the city no courteously for loyal customers what do ever I say your money is better spent else where !

First of all she did not have on gloves and I thought that was very unsanitary because we’re in the middle of a pandemic. Second the communication was horrible one of my nails were crooked while she was doing it And I was trying to tell her that it was crooked and she was completely confused. Today I went to the salon and I had a horrible experience I was getting acrylic nails with some of my family members and the quality wasn’t the best. First of all she did not have on gloves and I thought that was very unsanitary because we’re in the middle of a pandemic. I felt a little bit rushed and my nails and feet were a little bit messed up (with gel polish just 1 nail on hand and 1 on foot) but overall they still look nice. Very clean environment and friendly staff. A little bit over priced. I will try them once more.
