I wish that I had asked more questions during consultation, so it’s not necessarily all on the business. I had 2 tattoos done by Chad in one session, both fairly simple in design. The time it took and the price was way more than I expected, and the quality of the tattoos turned out to be not as clean as I hoped (rigid lines instead of smooth, some looking insufficient in ink). I will most likely get both touched up elsewhere. Disappointed, but also a lesson to slow down and research.

My experience with steadfast has been amazing, everyone is so friendly and welcoming from the receptionist to other artists even if they arent the one doing your work. Rachel was so helpful in helping make my vision a reality and was so pleasant the whole appointment. The prices are amazing and the atmosphere is just as great. I already have another appointment set up.
