NEW OWNER unfortunately. The front desk girl said the owners purchased the place from their parents and rarely come in. I was told during the pandemic that I could just let them know when I was ready to come back in and finish my tanning package. I had asked for either a refund or lotion since I knew it would be awhile, but was told it would be no problem. This owner would not honor that and the front desk girl was unhelpful. I was treated like it was my fault that I didn’t use the tans during the pandemic. You absolutely do not matter as a human being to these people. When I said they lost my business the girl just looked at her computer and smirked.
