I was refused service at this business. If I could give negative 5 stars I would. They apparently don’t like walk ins and they should just say so. Went there today as walk in, one guy cutting hair asked if anyone available, 2 guys sitting there not cutting hair didn’t say anything, finally a guy cutting someone’s hair said he would be done in about 10 minutes and he could do it then. I said okay. He finished cutting the guy’s hair, went to the back of the store and never called me. I left after about 20 minutes with no haircut. I will never be back, most unprofessional place I have ever been to. If you don’t want to cut my hair just say so, not a big deal, I will go elsewhere.

Best barber shop in San Diego. Any barber you go to will give you a fresh cut! Its easy to schedule an appt. through the app “the cut” pick a barber, a time, then make your request. There are very good people here, the owner Bebo and his brother Tito will give you the cleanest haircuts ever and are just good people.

Don’t walk in, barbers can care less if customers are waiting. I walked in without an appointment and wasn’t even greeted. The barbers were all busy so it wasn’t a big deal. I sat down and an hour went by before I had to stand up and ask if they even took walk-ins. All the barbers would finish a haircut and leave to the back or just sit on their phones. Once i asked, a barber who was sitting in his own chair on his phone said he guessed he could take me and acted like I was burdening him. I’ve been to plenty barbershops in LA and SD areas and never had an experience like this. Every shop i’ve ever been to greets you and they say, “we’ll be right with you.” I completely understand that barbershop settings are super laid back and sometimes unprofessional but i’ve never been to a shop where it seems like the barbers don’t want to cut hair. Haircut was cool but put on your IG and website that you don’t accept walk-ins if that really is the case.

I had an issue with my original scheduled appointment which was at first very off putting but TITO took care of me even though I wasn’t supposed to be his client. Super chill nice guy, and he listened to everything that I wanted done and executed it perfectly. He will be my guy until I leave SD. Outstanding barbering!
