I’ve been taking my grandson to Jeremy since he was on Sierra Way in San Bernardino. He has always done an awesome job. He is very professional, precise and knows what his customers want. It’s so awesome that he has his own shop now and I couldn’t be happier for him. He deserves it. He will always be our barber. Good job Jeremy. I wish you continued success always. Tito did a great job on my kid’s haircut. He was so kind and gentle keeping my kid calm. I could see my baby enjoying his haircut. Is safe to say that we have found his barber and from now on will be coming back to TITo. It was easy to schedule an appointment and his prices are reasonable.

I brought my three sons in for a haircut, the Barbers were amazing and did a great job. However, I feel like I’m being punished for being responsible and making an appointment. If I show up without an appointment I might be waiting forever so I always make an appointment. But I have to pay $10 more for making an appointment and walk-ins get the same haircut $10 cheaper. I think the management or the owner needs to rethink his policy.

I chose a two-star review due to a number of things, The barber I had was a little rude and short but I don’t think it was directed towards me. I think he’s had enough and didn’t want to be working at the moment or had some kind of tensions going on elsewhere I didn’t feel like it was directed towards me but I did receive some of it. My haircut was very quick there was a level of detail to the edges of my hair but very little attention to the back top of my head. There was a patch of hair that was longer in the back that didn’t get cut. My bangs were completely uneven I had to correct them when I got home, the right side was longer than the left. The pricing $30 without an appointment was a little outrageous in my opinion but I guess that’s everywhere I miss the $8 haircut days. Even with that $30 haircut I didn’t even get gel in my hair which is what I asked for. What I’m was assuming was the owner seemed pretty cool and the atmosphere there was also great. I didn’t wait very long despite how many people were there and the owner did a great job of upstaffing barbers to make sure no one was waiting too long. It was very hot outside but the owner did an amazing job of keeping it just the right temperature inside with a nice big fan blowing on the customers sitting in the waiting area. I would definitely go back to this barber if it weren’t for the price. I think $20 would be a fair price appointment or not. I feel bad leaving a two-star rating only because it was one barber who is impacting a good reputation, but I believe the overall reputation of the business has everything to do with the quality of employees the owner hires as well as incentives that keeps the employees happy and doing a good job.

This was my second visit to this barbershop and it was just as friendly, clean and welcoming as the first time. Carlos did my nephew’s haircut both times and did such an great job both times. Thank you, Carlos!

This barbershop definitely keep me sharp. Carlos and Jeremy are artists at the barbershop. They know their fades. They cut my hair perfectly and exactly the way I want it, which is rare. My hair is difficult to cut and fade perfectly. The first time I ever visited their barbershop I explained what i wanted and Jeremy listened intently. He asked questions and made sure he had my requests down perfectly. The cool part about Jeremy and Carlos is if one is not available the other is usually able to get me in quickly. They know how to cut and fade hair really well. I receive the same exact cut and fade whether Jeremy or Carlos cut my hair. It’s really like having the best of both worlds since either one of them can take care of my haircut.

I came in a while back. I had Jess it was all good till we started, and man he didn’t even listen to what I had to say. A very simple 1in cut against the grain with a line up and a beard trim, here that was $50.00 and in the end he still managed to mess up my cut I didn’t do my beard because he didn’t even listen to how I wanted my cut to begin with and he just did whatever he wanted not professional or recommended.
