Critical: Quality, ValueI mean it wasn’t bad, but not great. It was dead silent in there- no music or anything. Weird. And she did my nails funky, and tried to get away with a huge smudge on my thumb. My nails aren’t all the same size or length. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been a customer here for a few years, I didn’t go during the beginning of the pandemic for safety reasons and when I returned I found out they were under new management. I decided to continue in for my manicure anyways. I didn’t recognize anyone there and was matched with a very sweet gentleman at first. I asked for one main color with an accent nail on each hand. Pretty basic. He messed up my accent nail but I didn’t say anything since he seemed tired and I was a walk in. I also want to note they didn’t do anything to treat or trim my cuticles or nails before applying the acrylic set. 2 days went by and 3 of my nails bubbled up and peeled. I went back and we figured they just didn’t cure properly. He redid two of the nails with the wrong polish so I asked him to paint the rest to make it match. He gave me an attitude about how I needed to be more clear about what I wanted *considering I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he still didn’t get it, I refuse to believe communication on my part was the issue*. We cured the set longer and I left. Surprise surprise. 3 days goes by and they’ve peeled again. I called to set up an appointment to clear up any issues with time and explained again what needed fixed. I got there and he immediately told me that he wasn’t sure if he had time for my SCHEDULED appointment because of all of the walk ins. He got to me 30 minutes late. Proceeded to give me an attitude the entire time. Then he over filed 2 of I my nails. Gave me more attitude and hastily cured the nails and went back to the walk in he was working on. 2 days went by and they peeled again. I’ve since had them redone by another shop with no issues. I have been a customer here for a few years, I didn’t go during the beginning of the pandemic for safety reasons and when I returned I found out they were under new management.
