Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI drive 30 mins both ways 2x a month. I do this because Kayla is amazing. Let me tell you, from the warm inviting space, the super comfortable chair, the spa like gel feeling tape.. (we’ve all had the other stuff) she invites you in. She’s welcoming and easy to work with. And the RETENTION! Omg! I’ve had to skip appointments a couple times, with a new work schedule or whatever. Bottom line.. no one knows! I still will get constant compliments about my gorgeous lashes even at 4/5 weeks! Now obviously I don’t recommend skipping appointments, however in my experience, Kayla is flexible and generous with her time. For the record, I paid twice as much a month with a previous lash artist, with less than half the retention. Most importantly, Kayla does an amazing job EVERY TIME. I drive 30 mins both ways 2x a month. I do this because Kayla is amazing. Let me tell you, from the warm inviting space, the super comfortable chair, the spa like gel feeling tape.. In fact, I started to see Kayla in 2017 and haven’t stopped since — she does excellent work, her space is clean and private, and she’s an absolute joy to chat to. My lashes always look flawless and I’m complimented on them nearly constantly.
