I went here after a terrible wedding experience at Charles Scott in Rocky River. Leann did my bridal up-do and did what other salons told me I couldn’t due to the length of my hair. She worked well with hair pieces and I left very pleased with the service! I also got my bridal makeup done and it lasted the entire night. Very friendly, well priced, highly recommended!

I was a first time customer. My partner referred me after she had received a $26 haircut from one of the stylists. Her hair is down to her shoulders so I figured (my hair being shaved all around) my cut would be reasonable. I walked away spending $40. My stylist didn’t wash my hair, style it, or use product..nothing. Sprayed it down with water.. The cut took probably 20 minutes maximum and they charged me $40. She didn’t even do a decent job. When she was finished, she reccomended that if I were to return to the salon, to see another stylist there that has more experience with short cuts!! I was furious when I left. Speaking for myself and my partner, we will ABSOLUTELY never return there.
