The owner is VERY VERY RUDE!! She totally screwed up my color. Had to pay $200 and 3 hrs of my time to get it corrected. AVOID THIS “SALON”. The employees are great, but the owner has TERRIBLE SKILLS!!! She refused to reimburse me for the terrible job she did on my hair color. I went to another salon after the second ones. She could not believe that the second girl. They couldn believe the second girl failed to color the dark hair in the back back to blond again. This whole experience cost me $300.00 plus tip. This was a very stressful experience because we don’t have a whole lot of extra money to correct very bad mistakes made by hairstyles.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueLady at desk was very rude and unprofessional. She said she refuses service to anyone without a mask. I am medically exempt from wearing one and she “wants a doctors note” but that is HIPPA VIOLATION and INVASION OF PRIVACY!!!!
