I was tired of getting bad haircuts, and I always would drive past Station 8 .. so i decided let me try this place out. I went online and read about the staff & the salon. Called made an appointment for a Hair Cut. I was given Dominique as my stylist. Told her i wanted a BLUNT bob, super straight. These other salons didn’t seem to achieve it. Dom sure did though! I loved my hair cut it was perfect and she’s so quick and her work is great. She is also great with conversation. I do recommend this business. Thank you Dom for your amazing work every time i go ! So worth it ❤️

Ben is AMAZING! Ben came up to Vermont to do hair for my wedding in June and did an incredible job. We had done a trial in preparation, but the finished product came out better than expected and withstood the gusty wind during our outdoor ceremony. Not only was Ben easy to work with and highly professional, but Ben was SO MUCH fun to have around my friends and family as we were prepping. Ben ended up having extra time, and offered to do the hair of some of my girlfriends– everyone loved it! I would give Ben 10 stars if I could!

Ive been going to this salon for over 6 years now. I could never find a hair stylist that understood my curls/waves and was always bouncing around to different places. Finally found my spot. Molly is incredible!! I’ve since moved out of JP but continue to travel back to get my hair cut at station 8 because it’s such a good spot ❤️

I moved to Boston five months ago and I tried this salon based on recommendations from many different sources. I booked an appointment and the stylist was running late. No problems, it happens.. upon sitting down I made note of how clean everything was and the precautions everyone was taking. I explained that I wanted my hair cut and to added whispy curtain bangs with some face framing layers. I showed pics of the style and every old pictures of myself with a similar haircut. What she gave me is basically a mullet. Thick front bangs and choppy layers. I thought, okay maybe give it a week and learn to style it.. no.. I have never been in tears about a haircut before and I feel like I can’t show my face anywhere. It’s that horrible for me. I didn’t want to discredit the salon right off the bat but this is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.

I got my hair and makeup done here for my sisters wedding yesterday and the service was out of this world. Geah did my makeup and took her time, making sure everything looked perfect. She also continuously asked about my comfort level with everything she applied. Ben did my hair after I showed him a picture of what I wanted. He outdid himself and the final result was better than anything I could have imagined! The staff was friendly and hospitable and let us drink mimosas and bring brunch while we got pampered. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Highly recommend!

I just went to station8 for the first time since moving to the area and am so impressed! Geah did an incredible job on my brows, I’ve never had someone be so meticulous and detailed. I haven’t trusted anyone to cut my hair for years. But then I got a cut from Julie, and I was so happy to have finally found someone who cuts my hair how I like it! She’s amazing. The salon is pretty comfortable too. I tend to have serious anxiety going to most salons but I feel totally comfortable here.
