When i first called to make an appointment i got a machine during bussines hours which i was not happy with , with in 10 minutes minutes someone called me back for a haircut . Jessica was my operator for that appointment. I did express my displeasure with a machine during regular hours the owner over heard me and apologized and explained that they can get so busy which i did see for myself and Jessica did such a good job on my hair cut , the salon was very clean that i could overlook the phone situation that could happen from time to time.i have gone back for color touchup and was very happy with Jessica again so now my third visit i had color and cut by Jessica and was more than happy with her work and all three times the salon was very clean the owner was busy making sure everything runs smoothly i let her know i don’t give good reviews if they are not earned and needless to say that i would never return and would give a honest review either way i let her know i was more than happy with my services and Jessica .I let her know im not easy to please and dont often give good reviews but they do provide a excellent experience and let them know when they get things right i have to say so.So Station Salon keep up the good work and i will keep coming back and if ever changes i will say so. Critical: Professionalism, ValueI got a highlight, cut and brows done. They burnt the back of my ears and neck with product and my eyebrows with wax being to hot. I went back to talk to the manager, she was not there and she never returned my call. And it was $178.00!!! Unsatisfied Customer!!! i did get back with you. I came to your Salon and showed 2 of your workers. Spoke to you Monday, because you never returned my calls. You denied it and said it wasnt your fault. Stated you have had eye burns before from waxing and it was no big deal.
