Dear Statements owner. Your customer service is wonderful. I do appreciate all that you do as your attention to detail is unparalleled. Sadly it is the shampoo service that earned this rating. I believe in allowing a person time to learn what their job duties should be. However even after coaching the shampoo person really did not understand what a good wash is. I realize that everyone is different in what is a good shampoo, but the first step is using enough water to thoroughly wet the hair. That was not done.
