Critical: ProfessionalismI had an appointment at 1 pm on a Saturday. I showed up 10 minutes early, the open sign was on; business sign on; but door locked and no one appeared to be there. I called and left a message; as of 6 pm no reply. I understand emergency happen; but they had my cell number a text stating they had to cancel. Unprofessional. I had an appointment at 1 pm on a Saturday. I showed up 10 minutes early, the open sign was on; business sign on; but door locked and no one appeared to be there. I called and left a message; as of 6 pm no reply. I understand emergency happen; but they had my cell number a text stating they had to cancel. Unprofessional. Will not get a second chance.

Critical: Quality, ValueI had an appointment last week Saturday for a full set. I wasn’t too impressed with how long it took. It took 2 hours for me to get my nails done not only that, I explained that I wanted an ombré French tip and they kept pushing me to get the pink powder with it after I stated many times I didn’t want the pink fill, come to find out they didn’t even have enough supplies to do so. I went with a regular French tip. When asked what length I wanted I said between medium and short. They came out to be medium and the shape I said I wanted square, they’re coffin shape. Given how long it took for me to get the set and arguing about the pink filler I decided to just let it be but I am very disappointed. Especially because my friend was with me, it took her 45 minutes for a full set and she only paid 40$ for her set.
