I’ve been wanting a barber to do my pixie cut but am intimidated by all men barber shops so I went to Starz which is mostly female stylists with one male barber and he did an AMAZING job on my hair. Jordan was professional, affordable and provided a high quality cut. Definitely will be returning ☺️

My guys hair was great. My hair dresser thinned mine on top even after I said I don’t like it thinned. I wanted a wedge cut with a Razer. Also I didn’t get the hair dresser I had asked for. My guys shampoo and hair cut was $25.00 and he had more than me. Mine was $45.00. WTH

So tried to get in with a stylist my friend suggested she was busy so got told to go with Kasey. Well what a mistake….did not color my dark roots she told me my hair would turn orange if she bleached it which I normally have done without it turning orange…..Very very poor service I complained and she told me to come back and she would charge me again to do my hair. LOL no what a waste of time and money 3 days later had to pay for my hair to get done the right way. Please don’t waste your time and money….to make matters worse her prices were way more than I normally pay LOL

Went twice to get my scalp braided. Both times whilst getting braided the lady, sue i think. the latina girl who works there insults and tells me i need to see a therapist. Probably not a great idea to start conversation with clients asking about their lives then recommended a shrink, makes it kind of awkward. Aw well

My 84 year old mil went to this salon today after being told by whoever answered the phone that they would wash, roll, and dry her hair then tease it, style it and spray it in her usual 60 to 70s hairstyle. None of that happened. It was quite a mess when she got home. We think she was taken advantage of by this salon and certainly did not get what she paid for.
