I got a dip manicure – it was AWFUL! 1st of all it is filthy in there, and very cluttered. 2nd… it was a 95 degree HOT day and no air conditioning was on. 3rd – after she finished my nails i had the dip powder all over my hands and my fingers under the nails so i asked her to please take it off my skin cuz it looked so messy and she told me after I shower that it will come off – i was like…well – i just took a shower and i am leaving here and going to a wedding! 4th – dip is suppose to last at least 3 weeks – all my nails were off by DAY 5 – such a waste!

I absolutely love this nail store. I just walked in asking if they can help do my nails last minute before my vacation. And they did an amazing job in doing an ombre set for me. I am definitely going to come back. Everyone treated me like family there.

Not sure why this place has such great reviews, most of them say they are regulars so maybe that’s why they get better service, but this place was absolutely awful. First I called on my way and asked about availability as soon as possible and she told me 2:30.. it was 1:50. Fine so I ran an errand and got there at 2:30. All techs were full and she says I told you 2.. I was on speaker phone when I made the appointment and my friend also heard her say 2:30. So we had to sit and wait. The woman who did my nails did such a poor job and it was a teal blue color that she kept getting on the sides of my nails… no big deal except she kept using her mail to scrape it off every single time and it started to hurt. Then she used a dry paper towel (I was getting no chip so remover would have been fine to use). After all of that I thought when I was done she was going to come back in with remover and remove all the polish on my skin around my nails, but nope she just left it there. On top of it all they are charging 5 star prices for 2 star work.. I have no problem paying 35$ for a no chip when it’s done well. They also charge 2$ for using a credit card. Find somewhere else to give your money to that does a better job.

Absolutely horrible experience! Never ever going back to this place again! I went to this place yesterday with my sister and they did horrible jobs on both of us. I got a full set no chip nails and I asked for coffin shape and the lady was filing way too hard and make almost all of my fingers bleed and she was gripping my fingers so hard not caring that she was hurting me. Then she gave me these very ugly square shape and bumpy nails that looked nothing like the nails that I wanted (I had a photo for inspiration which she didn’t even follow) I didn’t want to come off as rude so I didn’t say anything but when I showed my sister she spoke up and told the lady my sister doesn’t like her nails so then the owner that was there got mad and said I should of spoke up before the color was put on and she then told me that she will fix them and she proceeded to file my nails hurting me as well and putting nail glue directly on my bloody cuts!!! When I asked for a color change bc I was so unhappy with the color and the way it came out she proceeded to tell me no. She then filed my nails down to these small thin little nails and still charged me the full price and told me to come back for a fill in! I paid 53$ for something that I’m not even happy with. Do not go to this place it was a absolutely horrible experience this has never happened to me before! I will never go to this place ever again!!
