anytime I have gone here to get my nails done or even a fill they end up falling off or eventually lifting off my nails. they have constantly had to fix my nails because of this issue and every time I have the same problem. They have guaranteed me that they would last at least a month if not longer and my current nails have only been on for two weeks. See photos for what I’m talking about. I am absolutely done with the terrible service and extremely high prices for the terrible job.

I’ve been here 3 times. Every time I’ve been there my nails chip or peel in a week. Its almost like the texture of a window cling. It peels off. Ive been different places. Never had my nails break within a week or 2. And it happened all 3 times. I honestly think they don’t cure them long enough. Either way, not going back. Way too expensive to only last that long.

Was not happy when I called two days in advance and made appointment, came in to a wait and no communication as to why the wait. Then person came in and treated me like I was being unreasonable about waiting. Very rude. The polish color was not even close to what it looked to be on the cardboard they showed me. So many nail places to frequent in the area. I will not return. Would not recommend.

Ask for basic pedicure. I have never been here before. Don’t know what service was provided , but they charged me for a deluxe pedicure. I specifically ask for basic. They talked between each other the whole time in their own language. Was not at all a relaxing experience. I will not go back. Pedicure

I asked for a manicure and told them I couldn’t have gel and I wanted normal nail polish. Somehow what I wanted got lost in translation, and they did a dip manicure and it wasn’t what I wanted but I couldn’t get that across to them. It’s important because I can’t have this kind of polish on now due to some medical issues that make my nails fragile.
