Me and my 3 year old daughter went to get our nails done here. I wanted a specific design and they didn’t do it like on the picture I showed them. I will not be going here anymore and they still charged me a lot of money. I left from here unhappy and I know they knew i was not happy about the service this is how my nails looked and how it was suppose to look. Horrible service.

Made an appointment online, show up and they said they aren’t taking those anymore…okay?! So take it down. They said they can get me in and get me seated right away, I thought great! Then I wait…and wait…and wait. The lady who checked me in confirmed what I wanted and that seemed fine. Then finally when the girl came to do my nails she said I needed a fill not just a color change, okay. She grinds away and cuts me THREE times! She was just in a rush and I was in no way a valued customer. No apologies either. Then she says I can’t do white because my gel was to dark…weird cause I just had (that she took off) a neon pink. So I picked two reds in a row that she said were not dark enough. So I picked a darker blue, it’s been an hour and a half at this point. They were all out of that color. So she tried white, it was fine. NOW one day later and the nails are ruined, paint peeled and chipped. I was clearly unwelcomed and will never return, which sucks for them as I just moved here and get my nails done about every 2wks and my both my girls once a month.

I’m new to this area, and I have been to this salon about 4 or 5 times. I have always been courteous to make appointments before I come. I had a surgery that left me with stomach nerve pain so I have always ask to get my nails done while I get a pedicure to save me the degree of pain it causes for me sitting for too long to do each separately. My salon back north was alway happy to do that for me. That’s the reason I always make an appointment so they can be sure they can do this service for me.. When I arrived, they couldn’t do what I had ask because they said they they were understaffed. As soon and I started to get up to leave, suddenly they had someone to do it. They also said when I called to make the appointment, they told me they were busy?? I made the appointment the day before! So, I felt lied to and not treated like a customer. They acted as though they didn’t care. That’s not how to treat a customer. So, I called the nail salon down the street and they were happy to help me. So, now they have my business and they did a fantastic job. I leave good tips and appreciate my nail techs. I have always been nice to them so it’s not asking too much for them to give the same courtesy in return.

Have been in the area for many years and this is by far my favorite spot for pedicures and nails. Everyone is professional, kind and accommodating. Nina and Joy for nails are fantastic as well as Mia and John for pedicures. Also, the receptionist Crystal always has done her best to fit me in on tight notice which I absolutely appreciate.

Critical: Quality, ValueI went with a large group of people and while most of us had a great experience with our nails. My friends got a full set of acrylics and after one full day she lost 3 nails she went to get them fixed the next day which they did but without putting the design on the fixed nail that she originally had, that same day her pinky nail cracked across the middle. By now it’s been a total of 5 days and she’s lost 7 nails. We are from out of town and it is completely ridiculous that her nails would begin breaking after 24 hours. She now has 3 nails left and she spent $60 that day.
