I have been a client for about 2 years along with my family and friends and I have never had any problems. Always on point with my design and request. Definitely recommend them as a go to. If you are picky like me and want someone that takes their time to make sure your nails look good, look no farther because StarLite is the place to go!

Critical: Professionalism, ValueIt is very upsetting to know and as business owner myself I was told they didn’t want to do my nails anymore. I had made an appointment but placed on a call list if someone cancelled which I said okay to, however, I was on my way running about 5 mins late and was parking my car when I noticed they called me and left a message. When I called back they said we’re cancelling me out and that was that. From a business owner stand point you just don’t do that. I believe in giving my clients a 15 min window. I felt I had a good relationship with my nail technician and she understood thy I may be a few minutes late, because I am an owner/ operator and I don’t have a steady schedule. I’m shocked at the way they went about it and they were outright rude. I attempted to call back a few days after and when they answered me they said, Vee does not want to do your nails, no other options were given. It was appalling and uncalled for, I was never rude to these people, ever. If anything I was a good loyal client and tipped well. It is very upsetting to know and as business owner myself I was told they didn’t want to do my nails anymore. I had made an appointment but placed on a call list if someone cancelled which I said okay to, however, I was on my way running about 5 mins late and was parking my car when I noticed they called me and left a message.
