I had a mani $35 (french tips) and pedi $45 (white) and the nail tech did a horrible job there’s bubbles and you can see the harshness of the white nail polish on top of the pink acrylic, my pedicure already chipped even though i upgraded to gel. I hated them i was still going to tip her because she was really nice until i got to the register and was charged $105. Never again not worth it for the nails I got

I came in for a soak off and manicure. The nail tech was polite, but she rushed the whole time. The gel finish didn’t come out even by any means. It was uneven and wavy. I tipped just to be polite. I would’ve rather them tell me they were fixing to close than to rush through everything. I don’t think I would recommend this place in the future.

If I could leave negative stars I would. This place has horrible service and did a horrible job. Pictures speak for themselves. Please zoom in. There was an actual hair in one of the nails that was just covered instead of removed and the nail repaired. During the final process, she ended up getting cut and bled over all of the utensils. The tech did not even sanitize or remove any of the equipment so we were unsure of whether or not it was fresh and had been used before with other people that had bled out similarly. When we went back in they would not offer any refunds to try and make it right. We asked them to at least try and fix it and they were very hesitant due to “our rudeness.” All that was asked for was a refund or repair. At the end of the day we were asked to leave due to them finally providing a refund and nobody trying to even finish removing them. We ended up staying until they were at least soaked off but with HUGE hesitation. DO NOT GO HERE EXPECTING GOOD SERVICE!

I came here with my daughter and grand daughter. I hvnt been to this location in 15 years. The have very good customer service. Good to everyone. Very Attentive to the customers needs. Excellent on Pedicures and Manicures. I will be back Ladies. Keep up the excellent work.

Critical: QualityI got a full set done with acrylic nails powder on it. The next day I was washing dishes and one of my nails cracked. So I went back the following day and the same lady that did my nails told me it’s not her fault and fixed the nail. The next day I traveled out of the state and noticed another of my nails broke again which made a cut in my real nail causing pain. The following days many more of my nails starting breaking. One of them even made my real nail bleed. The activities I was doing was not hard labor. Just common things like doing my hair. I would not recommend this place. This place is awful!!! Really rude staff!!! I asked the girl to cut my nails shorter and she said “yeah I already did” I said no I want them shorter please and she said “I already did” and started talking in another language!?! Everyone was rude! Never coming here again.
