Dionne ruined my thick and long natural hair. I went in for a blow dry and she kept complaining about how thick and dense my hair was. She pulled and pulled. I didn’t know she had ripped tons of my hair out of my scalp. My hair still hasn’t recovered from the nightmare that was roots hair studio. I don’t have that beautiful dense texture which she probably didn’t like. I won’t recommend her for curly hair. She should stick to dreads. BEWARE!!! Do your hair yourself or prepare to pick up the pieces of your hard work on the floor.

Reggie the owner is incredibly gracious person that appreciate anybody that brings business into his salon. I have been going there for over for years. I bring my grandsons For their haircuts and Reggie has done seen so in cool special stuff for them he did lightning bolts in the size of their hair and he gave my little guy who is 5 years old a kind of stand up mohawk. The next day at school he was like the mayor and now several of the other children have the same haircut as him. It is just really nice to see a local business thriving

Dropped my brother off for a walk in cut an hour and a half before closing and 4 walk ins later he’s leaving without a cut and without the barbers acknowledging that he was even there for a cut. Do random people just go in and sit down without question? Ridiculous.
