Kelly tattooed my eyebrows. She seemed professional and was nice but stopped several times during my procedure to see who walked into the salon and to talk to them which was irritating and she was vague when I asked how long she was doing this. My major complaint is that several times before the procedure I told her I didn’t want my eyebrows really dark, I’m a blond. Every time she assured me that they would lighten up considerably in 10 days. I was scared because after she was done they where absolutely BLACK and looked like circus clown eyebrows but I trusted her and was willing to wait and see what the result would be. Well it now 6 weeks later and the are very dark brow which is still too dark and I’m stuck with it. I know she is capable of doing a lighter color because she did a friends eyebrows before me and they where a nice neutral color which is why I went to her in the first place. She just ignored me. Unless you want really dark clown brows don’t come here.

Ask for Kelly! She’s amazing. I don’t know what else to say! She is skilled, efficient, and prompt. I have been getting acrylics for 30 years, and the lady that regularly does my nails moved away. I’ve been all around Mission Viejo and Rancho Santa Margarita, and Kelly is everything you would hope and look for in a nail stylist. She also has a great personality which is a bonus.

I’ve been here twice. First time wasn’t that good but thought u would give it another try. This time was even worse. I went for a mani pedi and it was the worst manicure I’ve ever had. He (I didn’t get his name) didn’t do any work on my cuticles trim or push back. The polish had a ridge where it pooled by my cuticle and the rest was uneven. The polish job was so bad I asked one of the women to fix it but it didn’t work. She would have had to completely strip and start over and unfortunately I didn’t have the time. I ended up removing at home. Won’t be going back here.

Just say no! The lady doing my sister’s gel manicure was something else. My sister asked her 3 times to please not be so rough cutting her cuticles during the gel manicure but she kept making her bleed and ignored her requests. My nails chipped after 2 days (manicure). I thought about going back to have them redone but honestly the customer service there is very poor and they made us feel so unwelcome (like we were inconveniencing them by having to do our nails) and were laughing and talking back and forth with each other loudly the whole time so hard to relax or enjoy. In the future I’ll just avoid ever going back. I’ll redo my nails at home with my own O.p.i polish. From the time we walked into our appointment and were asked if we wanted to add pedicures to our manicures and politely declined, they immediately started talking and laughing in another language and made us feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. Would recommend spending your money elsewhere.

I rated this place very low! I wouldn’t even give it one star! I called in to Starline someone told me that they close at 7, I walked in at 6:15 p.m. asked if they had time for pedicure, three ladies told me yes, receptionist said no that they were going home ;I asked don’t it close at 7, she said yes, with the smirk on her face ,and told me to come back tomorrow and I said NO I’m taking my business elsewhere! poor poor customer service;they just lost a regular customer! I do not recommend this place,RUDE receptionist
