I’ve been to this salon over 3 times. Most of the time I’ve gotten Lee and she rushes on my nails and it hurts every time. It would be good if she was fast and actually did a good job, but she does not do a good job. My nails have turned out crooked, misshaped, nail art rhinestones falling off in 2 days, and when I ask her to fix something she will say “I don’t see what you want fixed”. They over charged me $20 on my services too. I still tipped them, only because of the way I was raised. The pedicure was good and Wah did a good job. That’s the only reason why I’m even giving them a star. The previous name of the salon was Venetian Lifestyle Nail Salon. I’m not sure why they changed the name, but the service has certainly not changed. I will not go back to this salon and I do not recommend it. There are much better nail salons in the area and outside of the area.

I tried this salon on a whim because I was in the area and I’m so glad I did. I was a walk-in but they got me in immediately. The salon is very well kept and clean. I went in for a pedi and Hoa was amazing. She was super friendly and welcoming. One of the best pedicures I have ever received and the scrub massage was fantastic!! Thank you for your great service! I will definitely be back.

This is my new favorite Nail Salon! I got one of the best pedicures I’ve had since moving to the Lansing area. 10/10 recommend. The technician really took her time on everything. I felt like I got in & out of the salon in a timely manner, and the work done on my feet was thorough.

I’ve only been here twice. This time was just awful. One my friend and I walked in and we told the lady we had an appointment and she just acts surprised. My nail tec wasn’t the greatest. She would groan in frustration and not tell me anything. Then when she would tell me something it was to relax my hand when it was already relaxed. I could tell she was frustrated with me and it made me uncomfortable. Not even a day into having my nails done I notice three bubbles on three of my nails. Two popped and a bunch of nail polish came out. Now I have three nails that look awful.

I’ve been here a handful of times, and while my first visit was good the next few were awful. The second time I went they lady hurt my hand multiple times and was very rude to me throughout the manicure. I figured it was just that tech so I requested a different one the next time I went, I then ended up having my 70$ gel nails POP OPEN AND LEAK gel nail polish after a few hours of the application. Five of my nails did this and it was sticky and they looked awful! I returned to have them fixed and while the salon did fix them, two of them did the same thing less than a day later. I ended up paying another salon to fix them because I was sick of dealing with it while I was at work.

I have been going to this establishment for about three years now I’ve ever not been happy with the service. I’ve discussed it with them and they took care of it ASAP. People shouldn’t complain unless you’re willing to speak up for their selves. Don’t assume they know what you want. This is my go to place to get my nails done. I think they’re more than accommodating.
