Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy experience at this nail salon was absolutely awful. I paid $75 for these nails. I’ve never written a bad review before so this takes a lot for me to write one because I want you all to be aware. First off, I walked in for a pedicure, the lady who did my pedicure was also the same lady who did my manicure. She had a bad attitude the entire time, was rough handed, and barely spoke a word to me even when she hurt me with the drill FOUR times. Never apologized, and also didn’t even do them well. I kept telling her to re-file them because my nails were slanted on almost every finger. Also she left empty spots or over painted other spots. I was there with my friend earlier. Although we do not understand Vietnamese, it was obvious that they were talking about us because they kept looking pointedly. My experience at this nail salon was absolutely awful. I paid $75 for these nails. I’ve never written a bad review before so this takes a lot for me to write one because I want you all to be aware. First off, I walked in for a pedicure, the lady who did my pedicure was also the same lady who did my manicure. She had a bad attitude the entire time, was rough handed, and barely spoke a word to me even when she hurt me with the drill FOUR times. Never apologized, and also didn’t even do them well. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWent for the first time this weekend and we won’t go anywhere else now! My daughter and I went in for pedicures and manicures and loved everything about the whole experience. Staff was friendly (especially Jessica and T), everything was exceptionally clean and we’re thrilled with the results. I had a french manicure and my daughter had extensions with nail art and both look beautiful. Went for the first time this weekend and we won’t go anywhere else now! My daughter and I went in for pedicures and manicures and loved everything about the whole experience. Staff was friendly (especially Jessica and T), everything was exceptionally clean and we’re thrilled with the results. I had a french manicure and my daughter had extensions with nail art and both look beautiful. We will definitely return!

I have never been disappointed! The shop is always willing to accommodate you and is never unwilling to change or add to your appointment. I have called last minute to add someone or something to my appointment and they always help. It is always clean, always professional, and always perfect. I have referred many friends here and all of them have continued to go as the shop is the best. I have tried other places but none compare which is why I don’t go anywhere but here.
