An did my SNS/dip french manicure and she did a fantastic job. This was my first time getting my nails done here, as I just moved from AL. I did have to wait for a bit, but they were very busy. They sat me in a station right away, and started soaking my previous SNS. I was extremely happy with the results, and will definitely be going back! Thanks, An!!

Critical: QualityI have used this place for the last 3 year’s. Never had a issue till recently. The first visit back was a month ago. The young lady didn’t get the nails straight (had new set put on) acrylic was uneven. Said ok maybe a bad day. Went back 10 days ago for my refill. The second lady fixed the issues from the original but my bank side they charged me 50$ for a normal refill that’s usually 20$ plus the tip. Now I tip well but never 30$ for a 20$ service. I’ve been going here for 3 years. I had one bad experience but they fixed the issue. I haven’t had pink and whites for almost 20 years and I just got them done here. They look fabulous, I’m very happy. Pedicures are good, no complaints. I only gave them 4 stars because they could have just a bit of a better choice of nail polishes. Manicure, Pedicure

Not sure what has happened to them but paid 60 dollars with tip included the nail polish has bubbles in it n was still wet due to to thick of coating on nails. Usually they are awesome. 3 workers trying to hurry up to get sale of next customer. Sloppy work leads to no customers. Very disappointed. Been going there for years … all i got was a pedicure and manicure.

I called to see if I could walk in and how long of a wait there was the lady said come on in we’re not busy kind of slow she set me in the chair and went to finish another customer ok no problem 20 minutes later I’m still sitting in the chair they didn’t even put the massage on no water to start soaking my feet it was like I wasn’t there maybe if they would have made me feel welcome honey I left I wish that had a couple of minus stars cause they don’t deserve the one they recieved

Just left this nail salon with 3 friends and we all were unsatisfied. This was our first and last visit. I picked a $30 gel pedicure and a $12 manicure and my total was $60. When I questioned this I was told that there was extra fees for gel which clearly was included in the pedicure I chose on their price list. I was also told that there was extra charge for polishing for the manicure. I did not even get any polish on my fingernails. My other friends S&S was so thick and she received a gel pedicure also and her total was $60 and I didn’t get near as much service as she got.
